Does anyone know how this Homer Sells, son of Manning and Nettie Sells of Reading, Kansas might be related to the rest of our clan?
The ONLY Manning Sells I have in our files, was born 12 May 1859 in Bureau Co., Illinois, son of Jacob and Mary Anne Eastlick Sells. This Manning Sells reportedly married a Rosa Gasser, but we have no records as to where he lived, or what family he might have had.
(Manning > Jacob > John > Solomon > Anthony > Hendrick Sellen)
Could this Homer Sells, with brothers named Presten and Bothwell, perhaps be a son or grandson, or nephew of this Manning and Rosa Gasser Sells?
Does anyone have access to the 1910 or 1920 Census or Soundex records for Reading, Kansas?
My Kansas map shows Reading to be in Lyon County, on the border of Osage County, so it is possible that both counties might need to be checked.
Or is that another Manning Sells somewhere on our family tree?
